This is a 24-session psychotherapy and medication for alcohol use disorder (AUD) to help manage cravings and prevent relapse. Medication management involves addressing co-occurring conditions (like depression with SSRIs), and managing withdrawal with supportive care. Best results come from combining medication with therapy, counseling, and support groups (AA).
